Atlanta artist, David Fraley (1952 – 1999), member of the four-man group known as TABOO. Their often-controversial shows during the 80’s and 90’s were designed to shake up the local art scene.  This light-hearted and whimsical painting employs the use of Fraley’s signature combed textural style
